Alongside co-founder Ella McWilliam, leads one of the UK's leading creative agencies and UK DE&I champion. Passionate about marketing and mental health, Megan has a keen focus on highlighting the impact marketers have on consumer behaviours. Megan has won Management Today 35 under 35 and was on the judging panel for this year's PRWeek Awards. Alongside co-founder Ella McWilliam, Megan has led the agency through a decade of year-on-year growth, putting the team at the forefront of the agency ethos and delivering award-winning work for some of the world's largest brands and cultural events. As a DE&I champion, Full Fat leads the industry by continuously developing an internal equitable culture and holding its clients accountable. Megan has developed a unique method for Full Fat to track its campaign's emotional impact on consumers. Megan has depression and has witnessed the negative impact marketing content has on its audiences. She has a lifetime aim to ensure marketers have a positive lasting effect on audience mental health and this is evident through her work within Full Fat. Full Fat’s unique method, the Cultural Resonance Index, is set to be released to the wider industry in early January 2024. The index will be available for marketers to use to highlight the mental health implications of marketing content and provide a plan to help improve content with mental health as its focus. Alongside Full Fat Megan is an active mentor and alumni at Goldsmiths University and sits as a Non-Executive Director on Notion London’s board.
