Recently promoted into a brand new agency role of Digital & Social Content Lead as a result of her consistently driving measurable impact across some of the agency’s most important work.

Her leadership on the PlayStation x UEFA Champions League Final delivered the agency’s strongest results to date. By redesigning the briefing and production workflow, Nicole set a new benchmark for social-native excellence now replicated across major campaigns. Nicole also ideated and executed the standout Cole Palmer x Pringles “HOT vs COLE” campaign, becoming the agency’s most successful viral moment. She recently shared this expertise on stage at Prolific North Live, where she presented her “Three Non-Negotiables for Talent-Led Content”, highlighting how deep audience understanding, lighter branding, and talent-native storytelling unlock high-performing creative partnerships. This talk further cemented her reputation as a rising authority in the content effectiveness space. Outside her role, Nicole is a rising motorsport creator under the handle @pitstopnic, collaborating with McLaren, F1 Academy and the ELMS Le Mans series. Her mission to drive gender parity in motorsport has created a powerful synergy between her creator career and professional practice, enriching her instincts around audience behaviour, native storytelling and platform culture.
