Joining influencer agency, Goat, in 2018, Olivia has quickly risen through the ranks to become a Senior Campaign Director in 2024, managing a team of 15 in the UK! It was a huge year for her personally and professionally, as she successfully led the Campaigns side for two of Goat's biggest clients; Unilever Homecare and Henkel. Pushing Unilever to new creative heights within influencer, Liv was the mastermind behind the Persil Wonder Wash Rave; a 360 activation centred around an experiential "Launderette Rave" featuring DJs, over 200 influencers, 100 attendees, and none other than Craig David on the decks, earning a tonne of additional media coverage and 3 million social impressions. She's grown the Unilever Homecare account from a one-off six-figure campaign to multi-million pound account with unlocked products and expansion across Europe, and increased our Henkel account from 4 brands in the portfolio to 11 with an increased spend of 336% YoY! What she's most proud of though is her team, which has grown this year from 5 people to 15, AND achieved one of the highest promotion rates in the business. Internally, Liv has been a champion for D&I within our influencer campaigns, ensuring this is tracked and reported across all campaigns we do at Goat. She has pushed herself to be more of a thought leader, speaking at Goat's recent event, contributing to articles in the press, and setting up a 3 day annual Campaigns Training Workshop to upskill our team members and help build future leaders.
