For 14 years, Sangeetha has built an international career, across South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and the UK, focused on making media matter, as a driver of equity, inclusion, and commercial impact for her organisations and clients.Her media journey began in India, where she led the Tata Group’s Cannes-shortlisted campaign empowering 100 million women to vote in the Indian General Elections. In APAC, she spearheaded a BBC-Standard Chartered partnership spotlighting ventures improving health and education across Asia and Africa. As Managing Partner of OMG UNITE, Omnicom’s inclusive marketing agency, she has delivered social impact campaigns - from increasing Black heritage blood donations for the NHS, helping Open University democratise higher education access, and building disability allyship for UK Government with Channel 4, to helping more people access GambleAware support. She’s helped brands like Sainsbury’s, Yakult, and British Airways boost consideration during Diwali, Ramadan, and Pride and sustain relevance year-round. She evolved the agency’s inclusive marketing approach, expanding beyond ethnicity to include LGBTQ+, faith, and disability, while increasing client investments into minority-owned media and ensuring fair compensation for inclusive marketing work. Beyond agency work, Sangeetha drives industry change. At MEFA, she co-led a mentoring programme for 300+ ethnic minority professionals and is a mentor herself. As Head of Communities at WACL FUTURES, she supports women in health, fertility, redundancy, and career. Recognised with awards including WACL Talent, Media Leader Future 100, and AdWeek Europe's Future is Female, Sangeetha’s work proves media drives cultural, social, and commercial success.
