Dragica has over 25 years’ experience gained within automotive electric powertrain, defence and industrial automation. She has led the development of breakthrough technologies for electric powertrain and industrial applications, in a range of businesses, including working with innovative start-ups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 and global OEMs to develop sustainable solutions to support the progression of electric and hybrid powertrain.

An expert in design, development and production of electric and hybrid powertrain, Dragica has led cross functional teams to deliver integrated solutions in power electronics, software, mechanical, system, electromagnetic and quality engineering. She is a leading authority on power electronics and in addition to her role at Ricardo, and her many industry speaking credits is committed to supporting the next generation in this field. Her works as a founding board member of the Electric Revolution Skills Hub (ERS Hub) supports the provision of an empowered and sustainable workforce that meets the growing needs of the UK’s electrification community. A published author and award-winning engineer, Dragica is passionate about STEM, and acts as an advocate for gender equality and diverse perspectives. Her work at Ricardo, commitment to the ERS Hub and support for the next generation of female engineers aims to make a difference to energy transition and sustainable outcomes.
