Emily has grown Anything is Possible’s social capabilities from predominantly Meta and Linkedin to full-scale social advertising across Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter, including forming agency partnerships with Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok Beta.

She lifts up others wherever she goes. Her introduction of the agency’s Channel Champions enabled three media execs to master a channel, enabling them to become leading faces within the agency for queries, training and onboarding. This upskilling led to the promotion of each exec, and additional revenue via training and consultancy. Emily has also coached six colleagues across different teams to achieve Meta blueprint qualifications, and qualified two team members for LinkedIn’s Certified Marketing Insiders. Emily has bridged the gaps within our core pillars of tech, creative and media. Working with the tech team, she’s produced dashboards which track client performance and spend to identify areas of development and opportunities to increase investment where channel upsells or budget increases were beneficial. Creatively, Emily has simplified the briefing process with an interactive digital ads guide. Guides are shared ahead of briefing creative, showcase best-in-practice ideas and creative insights from her years of experience in media buying. Emily has played a supporting role in multiple successful agency pitches where she has not hid away from challenger behaviour. Over the last four months she has also led in 4 pitches. Even in losses, Emily has been called out as an exceptional and aspirational talent for the agency. She is also driving aip’s expansion into Organic and Content.
