Jo Moore

House 337

Executive Creative Director

Jo Moore has led her agency into a new era as House 337, delivering creative work recognised with a slew of awards at the likes of Cannes Lions, D&AD, and winning International Agency of the Year 2023 at the Kinsale Shark Awards.

In 2023, Jo marshalled House 337 through a critical transition following its merger and pushed for the highest levels of creativity to deliver work that really does “Make Better” for long-standing clients such as Santander, Sky and Eon. For Santander’s first push for its commercial bank, Jo broke convention by enlisting Succession star Brian Cox to front its campaign. Santander also cut through with “Scammerpants”, fronted by Ant&Dec, a campaign that reduced losses to fraud by 30% and gave the bank a record-breaking reach on TikTok for the first time. Meanwhile, Santander’s collaboration with Twinkle inspired 100,000 teachers and 1.9 million children to use Santander’s educational content in the classroom. Under Jo, House 337’s multi-award-winning domestic abuse campaign for Women’s Aid during the World Cup generated 23m TikTok views. Other stand-out work included Eon’s climate-crisis rallying cry “It’s Time” and Peta’s unflinching “Red River Farm”. As well as championing creative excellence, Jo is dedicated to advancing DE&I. Jo led the agency’s partnership with autism charity Autistica with a drive to make the recruitment process more inclusive. She’s also an active mentor with Creative Equals, supporting female creatives returning to work. During her four years with the programme, her mentees have scooped the top-prize each time, including this year.
