We believe our collective uniqueness enables us to be a better team that nurtures creativity, drives innovation, and unleashes our people’s potential, and our goal is to reflect the diversity of our audiences.

We entered 2022 with Creative Equals: Bronze Status and are proud to have been named an All-In champion in recognition of our dedication to incorporating diversity and inclusion into everything we do. This year we launched The Diversity Factor, an industry-leading piece of research that provides advertisers with invaluable insights that enables them to understand and engage more effectively with minoritised communities across the UK. This research, delivered in partnership with The Diversity Standards Collective, has given our teams more confidence in understanding diversity amongst our audiences and has been a huge step forward in creating more authentic work, being the central pillar in our new diversity planning process. We also use data from our internal diversity survey to have a clearer picture of our people, and better plan our ED&I strategy. Over the past 12 months we have spurred many initiatives including launching our OUT+OPEN staff group and Working Parents’ Group, announcing a staff mentoring programme, hosting inclusion Race sessions, introducing a dedicated breastfeeding room, amongst many others. We are proud our latest data shows 80% of staff feel included at work, and looking ahead, we’ll go even further to become a fully diverse and inclusive workplace.
