Through Bloom UK, she mentors women navigating male-dominated tech and data sectors, equipping them with practical strategies for advancement. Her influence also reaches her local community - from mentoring young women in Shrewsbury Town Women’s Football Club to championing equality in sport. At Croud, she co-designed and launched the agency’s global mentoring programme, now in its third year and supporting more than 230 employees. She has also partnered with the L&D team to embed structured technical training, ensuring data and analytics talent are nurtured equitably across the business.
