Katrina Urban

Kat Urban is head of learning and development at NABS, the industry support organisation. Kat leads on NABS' training programmes, including Managers' Mindsets, as well as training delivered by timeTo, the campaign to eradicate sexual harassment from the advertising and media industry, she is also a Judge and Committee Member for the WACL Talent Awards. Kat is also learning and development co-director on the Outvertising management board, running the Training and Mentorship programmes and a WACL Talent Award winner 2022. Kat is an outspoken ally who is passionate about driving meaningful change.
