Zoe Eagle

Zoe is Chief Executive of Iris London, where she leads the agency's UK headquarters as well as its Munich and Skopje offices. Her strength lies in leading complex client business with care and compassion, and she has a track record of driving transformative growth for both clients and agencies. She has worked across retail, financial services and iconic brands including Samsung, Lidl, British Army, Department of Health, Halifax, Western Union, Virgin Media, Weetabix, Trainline and Stroke Awareness. Her work has earned recognition at both effectiveness and creativity awards, including IPA Effectiveness Gold and Silver. Before joining Iris, Zoe was Creative Agency Co-Chair of Accenture Song's creative business, and prior to that was Managing Director of Karmarama. She has also held senior roles at BBH, Creature London and DLKW Lowe. Passionate about advocating for the industry, Zoe is a member of Front Foot at the Advertising Association.
